Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund policy: A full refund, minus the credit card processing fee, is available up to 24 hours before the class.  No refund will be granted for a cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice of the class and for no shows. However, a refund will be granted if there is adequate proof of extenuating circumstances.

Date change and cancellation policy: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the class due to dangerous weather conditions, i.e. TC-1C typhoon conditions. If a class must be cancelled due to the weather, we will offer a refund minus any credit card processing fees.

 

In lieu of a refund, class can be rescheduled by contacting The Yoga Tree Okinawa.
